For the beef goulash, peel the onion, chop finely and fry in oil until dark brown. Keep adding a little water so that the onions do not burn.

Puree the onions with a hand blender and fry the diced meat.

Add tomato paste, paprika, salt, marjoram, cumin, chili flakes and crushed garlic and pour in lukewarm water.

Simmer until the meat is tender. Finally, mix flour with a little water and bind the beef goulash.
