For the beef rolls, pound the beef cutlets, season and top with Kaiserfleisch (or ham), roll up and fry in hot oil. Then remove.

Roughly chop onion, carrots and celery and fry. Pour in soup and steam the roulades in it until soft.

Strain the sauce and serve the finished beef roulades with noodles.
