Instructions:

Mix anchovies, shallots, mushrooms and parsley. Season patties with salt, season with pepper, spread thinly with mustard.

Put the fat cream in the frying pan. Place the patties and onion-mushroom mixture alternately in layers in the cooking pot. First and last layer must be meat.

Close the pot tightly. Steam on kitchen stove at low temperature or in oven at 120 °C for 1 3/4 to 2 1/2 hours.
