Instructions:

Mix the spices and mustard and coat both sides of the patties.

Heat butter in a frying pan, add parsley, onion, peppers and zucchini. Add garlic and steam everything together for a few minutes. Remove the vegetables.

Place bacon slices on the bottom of the roasting pan, season patties with salt and layer with steamed vegetables. Pour red wine over them and put the pot in the oven heated to 180 °C. Steam for thirty minutes.

Mix soup and tomato puree, add to the meat and stew repeatedly for forty minutes with the lid closed.

Our tip: use a bacon with a strong flavor – so you give this dish a special touch!
