Instructions:

Mix the flour with the milk and the yeast in a baking bowl, let it all go together briefly. Separate the eggs. Stir the egg yolks with the butter and sugar and mix with the dough. Whip the egg whites until stiff and then gently fold in. Let the dough rise again for 20 minutes.

Bake the waffles in a greased waffle iron on the highest setting until golden brown.
