Calories per serving: Clean and rinse 17 peppers and cut into rings. Peel vegetable onion and also cut into fine rings. Drain the olives. Cut the feta cheese into small cubes. Rinse thyme, pluck leaves from stems. Mix all ingredients together and place in a large enough bowl. Stir through wine vinegar, 1 tbsp salt, pepper, water and sugar. Whisk in lemon oil.
