Instructions:

For the blackberry tart, first prepare the sponge cake. To do this, beat the eggs with the sugar until foamy and fold in the flour. Spread the mixture on a baking tray and bake at 170 °C for about 20 minutes.

Let cool and cut out 12 circles with the tartlet molds and leave them in the molds.

For the blackberry cream, mix the natural yogurt, curd, sugar and pureed blackberries well. Soften the gelatine in water and stir into the cream.

Finally, stir in the stiffly whipped cream and pour onto the sponge cake layers.

For the blackberry layer, puree the blackberries, mix with sugar and also soften and stir in the gelatine. As soon as the blackberry cream is firm, pour the mirror on top.
