Instructions:

Briefly bring gelatin, coconut cream, skim milk and whipping cream to a boil while stirring continuously, put away on the spot.

Pour into a bowl and refrigerate for at least four hours.

Spread the coconut flakes with the sugar on a baking sheet and brown briefly in the oven. Cool and sprinkle over the coconut pudding.
