For the blueberry cream, whip the whipped cream until stiff. Puree blueberries in a blender, mix with coconut blossom syrup and save a few spoonfuls, mix the rest with the yogurt and stir in about half of the whipped cream well.

Spread the blueberry cream on dessert plates and decorate with some whipped cream and blueberry puree.
