For the Boeuf Stroganoff, cut meat and pickles into pencil-thick strips. Cut the onion into small cubes. Sear the meat, remove and keep warm.

Fry onion, add cucumbers and tomatoes, pour in soup, add mustard and salt. Finally stir in whipped cream and sprinkle with pepper and parsley.

Arrange the Boeuf Stroganoff and serve.
