Mix butter, sugar, eggs and spice until thick and creamy, mix baking powder with flour and stir into the mousse with the oat flakes, chill dough. Roll out, cut out figures, brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with sugar.

Bake at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.
