Braised Beef with Zucchini

Instructions:

Cut meat into small pieces, season with mustard, pepper and salt and fry. Add clear soup and stew for 90 minutes. Remove peel from potatoes, cut in half. Cut zucchini into pieces. Add both to the meat and steam for 30 minutes. Add whipped cream, season with salt and pepper.
