Instructions:

Add iceberg lettuce dripping wet to frying pan, steam on low heat until collapsed (7 to 10 min). Drain well and return to hot roasting pan.

Add the juice of one lemon, salt and pepper with a whisk, add olive oil, stir well, pour to the iceberg, mix and bring to the table on the spot.
