For the bread dumpling gröstl chop the onion, quarter the leek and cut into thin slices. Cut the bacon and sausage into small pieces. Cut the dumplings into coarse pieces.

Fry the onion, leek and bacon in a little oil, add the sausage. Then fold in the dumplings and fry a little.

Stir in the eggs, horseradish and cheese and serve.
