For the Breakfast Bowl, bring the milk to a boil, remove from heat and stir in the Himmeltau semolina porridge until the mixture thickens. Place a heaping tablespoon of Nutella in a bowl and heat in the microwave for 20-30 seconds. Wash and drain the raspberries.

Place the pulp in a shallow dish and alternate lines with the warm Nutella and applesauce. Using a wooden chopstick, draw lines vertically from the top and bottom alternately, finally spread the raspberries around the edge of the plate and serve the Breakfast Bowl.
