Instructions:

Sauté the onions and garlic in hot olive oil, add the rest of the chopped vegetables and stir-fry for a few minutes. Add the beans, the vegetable soup, the bay leaf spice and the diced tomatoes and simmer on low heat for 10 to 15 minutes. Season to taste with the spices. If you wish, you can add bacon to the soup, which will make it a little more hearty.
