Instructions:

For the dough, mix the yolks, curd, salt and oil. Mix flour and baking powder and gradually stir into the curd mixture.

Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic. If it does not hold together add a little oil. If the dough is too sticky, add some flour.

Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Brush a baking tray with 1 tsp of oil. Roll out the dough thinly and lift it onto the baking sheet. Form a small edge. Spread the strained tomatoes on the pizza base. Sprinkle with oregano.

Cut the broccoli and into small roses. Blanch briefly in boiling hot water, then drain.

Clean the mushrooms, slice and sprinkle with lemon juice. Cut tomatoes into wedges and gorgonzola into small pieces.

Spread the vegetables and mushrooms evenly on the pizza base. Sprinkle gorgonzola on top. Bake on middle rack for about 20 minutes until crispy.
