For the brown rice pudding, cook rice with 200 ml of water in a covered pot (according to instructions, about 40 minutes) over medium heat until done. In the meantime, peel, core and cut the apples into rings and cook them briefly with the cloves in a little water until the rings are soft. Remove the pot lid once the cooking time is reached and the rice has absorbed the water and add soy milk, nuts, raisins, honey and cinnamon. Now remove the pot from the heat, let the rice cool briefly and mix the curd into the mixture. Now alternate layers of apple rings and rice mixture in a glass. Finish with an apple ring and dust the rice pudding with a little cinnamon.
