Instructions:

For the stuffed brown trout, wash, scale and gut the brown trout. Then pat dry.

For the herb butter, mix the soft butter with herbs and add some lemon juice. Season the brown trout with salt, pepper and some lemon juice inside and out. Cut 1.5 lemons into slices and then cut them in half.

Fill the brown trout with the herb butter and then place the lemon slices on top of the herb butter. Lay out the aluminum foil with the shiny side up and coat well with oil.

Place the brown trout on top, drizzle with oil and fold the aluminum foil. You can make a ship so that the skin is crispy or close it completely into a parcel.

Depending on your taste, place the brown trout on the grill rack in the oven and roast at 200 degrees hot air for 45 minutes. Put the baking tray under the grill rack in case something spills out.
