For the bean casserole, soak the beans the day before. Mix with the soaking water and the finely chopped greens and pour into a casserole dish.

Stir in all the spices and the stirred starch flour. Put the soup meat on top and cover with apple slices in layers. Cook the bean stew in the closed casserole dish in the oven at 200 °C for about 90 minutes.

To serve, cut the meat into cubes, place the hot soaked dried plums on top and season the dish with vinegar, salt and sugar.
