Try this delicious cake recipe:

(*) For 6-8 people.

Sauté the onion slices in half of the butter until soft. Add the mashed potatoes or boiled potatoes and vegetables, season with salt and season with pepper.

Heat a frying pan, pour in the remaining butter and the oil or frying fat. Sauté the earth apple and vegetable mixture in it for six to eight minutes, flattening it with a spatula into a sort of pancake. Rhodes stresses that the flame should not be too small so that a nice crust forms on the underside.

To flip, cover the skillet with a plate, invert the cake onto it, and slide it repeatedly into the skillet to toast the other side as well. If you like, you can cut Bubble and Squeak into pieces like a cake before serving.
