Try this delicious cake recipe:

Prepare a sponge dough from the ingredients listed, pour it into a springform pan lined with baking paper and place it in the preheated oven. E: middle. T: 200 °C / 35 to 40 min. Cool the cake and cut it into three plates.

Whip the cream with sugar and cream stiffener until stiff. Set aside 1 tbsp. cranberries. Place the bottom cake layer on a cake plate and spread with half of the cranberries. Spread 1/4 of the whipped cream evenly on top. Place second cake layer on top and do the same. Place top cake layer on top and spread whipped cream all around the cake. Sprinkle the edge of the cake with chocolate sprinkles and garnish the cake with the remaining whipped cream and cranberries.
