For the Budapest pancakes, sauté bacon and onion in oil. Add bell bell pepper and chopped mushrooms. Add a little water and cook until tender.

Season with garlic, paprika powder, salt, pepper and chopped parsley. Add paradeis pulp and finely chopped ham.

Fill the finished pancakes with it, put them in a baking dish, spread sour cream on it and bake it.
