For the Buddha Bowl with Beef, Zucchini and Tomato, first pat the meat dry. Cut into slices, then into strips and finally into 1.5 x 1.5 cm thick cubes. Then sear in a pan with a little peanut oil until hot and short. (Meat should be nicely fried medium).

For the marinade, mix all ingredients together well. Mix meat cubes with marinade and let marinate for 10 – 15 minutes.

Put rice in bowls, press lightly and drizzle with some of the marinade.

Arrange meat cubes, radish, tomatoes and zucchini on the rice. Sprinkle with Thai basil, cress and young onion and serve Buddha Bowl with Beef, Zucchini and Tomato.
