Buttermilk Schnapps, Homemade

Put all ingredients in a wide bowl and stir with a hand mixer. Please do not whip the whipped cream.

Fill the buttermilk schnapps into bottles and leave to cool. If the ingredients were already cooled, the buttermilk schnapps is ready on the spot.

Put it in the refrigerator for storage (3-4 days at the most).

The buttermilk schnapps tastes best in a liqueur glass with an ice cube.
