Instructions:

Peel apples, remove core, cut apples into cubes. Fillet oranges, drain pineapple pieces, cut ham into strips, dice cheese and drained tomato peppers.

For the sauce, mix mayo and yogurt, season with pepper, juice of one lemon, salt, sugar and kirsch. Pour sauce over salad ingredients and mix.

Serve leaf salad sprinkled with chive rolls.

Tip: As an alternative to fresh chives, you can also use the freeze-dried.
