Instructions:

Peel onions, halve, cut into slices. Carrots clean, remove the peel, rinse, cut into thin slices.

Remove the outer leaves from the cabbage, remove the stalk, rinse and cut into strips.

Dice and fry the bacon, add the onion slices and vegetables, sauté, season with salt and pepper.

Pour on the water, steam the vegetables for about 30 minutes until tender and perhaps season again with salt and pepper.
