For the cabbage wrappers, cut off the stalk from the Brunswick cabbage and separate out individual leaves. Soak in boiling water to make it easier to wrap.

Soak bread rolls in water and squeeze. Mix minced meat, bread rolls, egg, marjoram, garlic, pepper, paprika powder and salt.

Put minced meat on each cabbage leaf and roll it up. Tie everything together with twine.

Heat fat in a frying pan and brown cabbage rolls slightly on all sides. Roast onion in fat and pour on.

Put the roulades in, add some gravy and finish steaming the cabbage rolls.
