For the cabbage rolls with mushroom stuffing, first blanch the cabbage leaves. Sauté chopped onion, minced meat, chopped mushrooms and parsley in oil for a few minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Squeeze the soaked bread. Mix with egg, paprika, salt and mix well into the meat-mushroom mixture.

Overlap two cabbage leaves per roulade and fill with mixture. Roll up tightly and tie with kitchen twine. Sauté the roulades in oil and pour in vegetable soup. Cover and simmer for 40 minutes. Remove roulades and keep warm.

For the sauce, stir tomato paste, crushed garlic and cream into the soup. Season with marjoram and salt. Add the cabbage roulades with mushroom filling and let stand for a short time.
