Stir vinegar, apple juice and mustard. Halve the apple, remove the core and cut into 1 cm cubes. Immediately form in the sauce so that they do not turn brown. Stir through with sauce, remove repeatedly and set aside. Stir remaining sauce with salt, pepper, raisins, sugar and the two kinds of oil to make a spicy dressing.

Quarter cabbage, remove stem generously, and cut leaves into tender strips. Mix with the dressing.

Cut lettuce into strips and arrange evenly in bowls decoratively. Arrange the cabbage salad on top. Cut the Camenbert into slices and arrange on the lettuce with the apple cubes.

Coarsely chop tree nuts and roast in a frying pan shortly before serving. Sprinkle over the leaf salad.
