For the cabbage sprout gratin, clean the cabbage sprouts and cut the large ones in half. Peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes. Cook both in steam until semi-soft.

Cut bacon into small pieces and fry. Put vegetables and potato in a baking dish, sprinkle bacon and cheese on top.

Mix egg with yogurt, pressed garlic clove, salt, pepper and nutmeg and spread over vegetables.

Bake the cabbage sprout gratin in the preheated oven at 180° for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
