For the cabbage sprouts with almonds, first clean and wash the cabbage sprouts. Then place the cabbage sprouts in a pot of boiling salted water and cook uncovered for about 10 minutes.

In the meantime, heat butter and oil in a pan and roast the almond flakes in it until golden brown.

Once cooked, drain the cabbage sprouts well and place in a serving bowl.

Mix with the almond-butter mixture. Season the cabbage sprouts with almonds with salt and pepper and serve.
