For the caipirin champagne, wash the limes in hot water (it is even better to use organic limes). Divide one half and squeeze, the other half cut into small wedges.Divide the honeydew melon and cut out small balls with a teaspoon.

In a large bowl, sprinkle the lime wedges with the brown sugar and lightly crush with a mortar. Empty lime juice, mineral water and cachaca over the top and mix well. Finally, add the melon balls. Chill in the refrigerator for a few hours.

Before serving, pour the Caipirin champagne, add crushed ice and serve.
