Try this delicious pasta dish:

Roll out the prepared dough on a floured surface and cut into 4 equal squares.

In the heated olive oil, sauté the garlic cloves crushed with salt, the chopped onion and the sliced mushrooms until soft. Add the Frutti di Mare and sauté briefly. Season with the juice of one lemon, salt, pepper, white wine and oregano. Remove from heat, cool, stir in the diced mozzarella and spread the filling evenly over the squares.

Moisten the edges with water, fold and press well.

Bake in the heated oven at 200 degrees for half an hour.
