Instructions:

For the cannelloni with crab filling, first heat the butter in a frying pan and sauté the cleaned and thinly sliced spring onions until translucent.

Rinse the shrimps and add them to the onions together with the peeled, seeded and diced tomatoes. Clean and chop the mushrooms and add them to the frying pan.

Stir the flour with the white wine and use it to thicken the vegetable mixture. Season with salt, pepper and seasoning and add the chopped lemon balm. Take everything off the stove and let it cool down.

Cook the cannelloni in salted water for 5 minutes, drain well and fill with the crab-vegetable mixture. Layer in a greased ovenproof dish.

Pour with the tomato sauce and cover with the cheese cut into slices.

Bake the cannelloni with crab filling in the oven heated to 200 °C for 15 minutes.
