Try this delicious cake recipe:

For a pan of approximately 33 x 23 cm or 1/2 sheet pan.

Preheat the oven to 175-C (convection oven 160 °C / gas: level 2). Mix the light butter and sugar in a baking bowl until creamy. Add vanilla sugar, salt, flour, nuts and milk. Knead together with a mixer (dough hook).

Spread the baking pan with parchment paper, pour in the dough and spread it smoothly. Bake in the heated oven, 2nd rack from the bottom, for 20-25 minutes. Cool the dough.

Whip the light butter for the cream until creamy. Mix vanilla sugar, cocoa, powdered sugar and instant espresso powder and stir into the light butter. While doing this, add the whipped cream to make a soft creme.

Spread the cream thickly over the cake, marking patterns with a spoon. Cut into bars about 2 x 5 cm long.
