For the cappuccino marble cake, first beat the butter until fluffy. Separately, cream half of the sugar together with the egg yolks and vanilla sugar. Mix both masses together.

Sift the flour with the baking powder. Beat the egg whites with the remaining sugar with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form. Gently stir in both alternately.

Pour half of the batter into a second bowl. Mix cappuccino powder with milk until no lumps are visible. Stir into one half of the batter.

Grease and flour (or sprinkle with breadcrumbs) a bundt pan. Pour in the light mixture first, then the dark, and run a chopstick through to create a marbling.Bake in a preheated oven at 150 °C hot air for about 50 minutes.

Turn out the cappuccino marble cake and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
