For the caprese pasta, first cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.

Blanch the tomatoes briefly in boiling water and then peel them. Remove the seeds and dice the flesh. Cut or pluck the mozzarella into small pieces. Pluck basil.

Peel and finely chop onion and garlic. Sauté both in a little olive oil. Add tomatoes, season with salt and pepper.

Add the pasta and mozzarella and mix well. Arrange the caprese pasta in plates and serve garnished with some basil.
