A simple but delicious cake recipe:

Bring whipping cream to a boil while stirring. Add sugar and honey, bring to boil repeatedly and boil down for 9 to 10 min to reach a heat of 125 °C (large ball). Stir from time to time. Add the coffee and butter and remove from the heat.

Put the oiled metal frame on the paper and pour the caramel mixture into it. Cool down.

Cut and beat in the sugar.
