For the carp fillets with capers, season the fish fillets with salt, pepper and lemon juice and let rest for 10 minutes.

Then dust with flour, fry in olive oil for about 3 minutes on each side. Place fillets on preheated plates and keep warm.

In skillet, cream butter, stir in capers, lemon juice and chopped parsley, heat and season with salt and pepper.

Pour the warm sauce over the fish and serve the carp fillets with capers with white bread.
