Instructions:

For the carrot and carrot cake, first beat eggs and sugar until fluffy.

Slowly add oil and fold in finely grated carrots. Stir in the sifted flour mixed with baking powder and the nuts.

Pour the mixture into a greased and floured baking pan and bake for 40-45 min at approx. 180°.
