For the carrot and potato pancakes, wash the potatoes and carrots. Peel the potatoes and scrape the carrots. Grate both and mix with the flaxseed.
Grate the potatoes, squeezing them a little beforehand. Season the mixture with salt, pepper and nutmeg and let it stand for 10 minutes.
