Bring carrots, dates, water, raisins, light butter and spices together to a boil and gently simmer for 5 minutes. Cool. In the meantime, mix the dry ingredients and add to the carrot mixture together with the nuts form. Bake in a cake springform pan at 190 degrees for about 45-50 minutes.
