A cake recipe for all foodies:
Finely grate carrots and squeeze well in a kitchen towel. Knead together egg, flour, fat, sugar, sweetener, cinnamon and cloves. Knead in the carrots. Roll out the dough thinly on the spot on a little flour. Cut out small cookies (diameter about 2.5 cm). Place them on prepared trays and put them in the oven. Turn on 200 °C and bake for about 20 minutes, the second baking tray only for 15 minutes.
