Instructions:

Mix well the yeast, flour and salt, add the milk and sugar and let rise in the oven for 45 minutes.

Add the remaining ingredients. Rise again. Separate the dough into two pieces, form each piece into an elongated flat patty, place one against the other on the greased baking sheet.

Before baking, decorate with some candied fruits and the pine nuts. Bake in a heated oven at 180 °C (gas: level 2) for 25 to 30 minutes.
