Instructions:

Divide the meat into large pieces and fry in a large saucepan in hot olive oil until light brown.

Add the peppers cut into pieces and the squid cut into rings and make ten minutes.

Add the quartered tomatoes, chopped garlic, onions and parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the fish broth. bring to a boil and sprinkle in the long grain rice. Simmer on low heat for twenty minutes.

During the cooking time, add water and stir.

Arrange the mussels, prawns and langoustines in a star shape in the pot and cook for another ten minutes or so, until the long grain rice has absorbed all the water.
