For the cauliflower-broccoli casserole, boil sliced potatoes in a pot for about 5 minutes. Cook cauliflower and broccoli in a pot for about 3-4 minutes. In a saucepan, bring Rama Cremefine, chopped ham, eggs, garlic cloves, parsley, salt and pepper to a simmer.

Grease the casserole dish with butter and pour in the vegetables. Then pour the warm sauce over it and finally sprinkle the cheese on top.

Bake in the preheated oven at top and bottom heat (180 degrees) for about 20-30 minutes until the mozzarella becomes brownish crisp.

Serve the cauliflower-broccoli casserole with green leaf salad.
