Instructions:

Clean vegetables, rinse, divide into roses. Make in a little lightly salted water for 5 min. Knead the remaining ingredients together. Season and form into a greased gratin dish. Spread drained vegetables evenly over top. Mix egg-milk ingredients, pour over it. Bake at 200 °C for 40 min.
