Celery Cutlet Breaded in Sesame Seeds and Coconut

celery bulb should be calculated. A corresponding mass of celery should be cooked.

Brush celery in detail, remove dark spots from the peel, perhaps it is recommended to thinly peel the celery.

Cook celery in sufficiently salted water until tender. It should still have “bite”. Do not throw away the celery water, it should find use for soups or possibly sauces.

Cut the celery into slices and season lightly.

Add sesame seeds, coconut flakes and rose paprika to the breadcrumbs. Mix well.

Later bread and roast as usual.

Serve with remoulade, modified with yogurt and herbs.

Our tip: If you like to cook with fresh herbs, it is best to get kitchen herbs in pots – so you always have everything ready!
