For the cevapcici, mix meat, onions, egg, salt, spices, tomato paste and mustard into a meat dough and season to taste. Then form rolls of the same size from the meat dough, about 10 cm long.

Mix flour and paprika, turn the meat rolls in it and let them dry a bit. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the meat rolls all around until brown.
